Too much people with careers sitting on the shelve are laid off or haven't had a job in years. That is not a good look for a develop nation. What should be the resolution today in this situation and get our nation unemployed  back on track.  I think it is going to take a collective effort on all, not just the Corporations, but unions, workers, and the political  elected to institute measure that are positive and correct. Emotional guesses should not override common sense,  if so we are doom to be on the back of the line behind countries who are constantly trying to innovate and diversify.  Staying on the issue is not solving the issue. Coming up with long term solutions should be our focus for all. Nothing good is over come in one day or in one month. It will take time.
